Bahar Yousofi joined CustomerGauge as a Strategic Account Manager in November of 2023.
A California native, Bahar earned her Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University where she specialized in Water Resources.
Working for nearly five years as an engineer in the energy and power sector for a Fortune 500 company, she found her true calling was in customer-centric and creative roles. After relocating to Amsterdam, she ventured into the tech world, spending time at Netflix and a SaaS start-up.
Most recently, it was in Amsterdam that Bahar managed a diverse portfolio of B2B clients in the mobile marketing SDK space.
Bahar supported clients through all lifecycle stages: sales cycle, product demos, client onboarding, SDK implementation, technical troubleshooting, upsell, and contract renewals.
Eventually, she found her perfect fit at CustomerGauge!
Outside of work, Bahar loves exploring new cultures and has traveled to over 15 countries. She volunteered as an English teacher but felt she learned as much from her students as she taught them.
She's also an avid Sudoku player and hopes to keep adding more passport stamps to her collection.

Q. What is your favorite movie?
A. It's hard to narrow it down to only one movie! Office Space (what a throwback), Gladiator, and anything with Ben Stiller.
Q. What is something people may be surprised to learn about you?
A. I have a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and I’m also a licensed real estate agent in California. I previously worked for one of the largest global engineering firms.
Q. What is your favorite part of working at CustomerGauge?
A. First and foremost: the team! Feeling that we are all in this together with a common goal. Also, on a personal level coming from the STEM sphere, I find it incredibly inspiring to work with so many women in leadership positions here at CustomerGauge.
Q. What are you most proud of accomplishing so far at CustomerGauge?
A. Incredibly proud of helping customers find untapped value in their business by connecting with their client base — it's a team effort!
