After writing a check for $1 million towards Google Adwords, our co-founders Adam and Camilla asked: “Is there a better way to gauge customer feedback?” When they couldn’t find their answer, they decided to build it... CustomerGauge is born!
First employee hire: Roy Chandra!
The CustomerGauge platform was released onto the world, and got the attention of our first client—Philips!
As the team grew, so did our need for space. And in 2009, we opened a small office in Silodam Amsterdam.
CustomerGauge 2.0 is released to the public!
Amsterdam felt a bit lonely, so we found ourselves a partner across the globe in Genroe, led by Adam Ramshaw of Australia.
