For New CustomerGauge Recruits, First Stop is Boot Camp!

What's the best way to come up to speed fast with new concepts in Net Promoter®? Simple: you immerse yourself in exhausting mental (and physical) training sessions with the best CX experts available. You learn, study hard, and practice, practice, practice. And at the end of the week, you have a pass out parade and you go out into the world and evangelize CustomerGauge.

Our most recent boot camp included new (and old) members of all our international teams (Boston v Amsterdam is a fun pairing). The teams came together to spend the week on the beautiful coast of Massachusetts at a large wooded estate where hard work, team building, training, and good times all came together. 

Just as we preach to our customers, CustomerGauge also seeks to educate and develop our employees on the importance of monetization and communicating best practices in Net Promoter programs.
