CustomerGauge’s 5th Anniversary User Summit: Growth through retention

CustomerGauge’s 2015 User Summit is fast approaching and this year it’s all about growth through retention.

This 7th and 8th of October will feature workshops, with best-practice sessions where participants will be able to share experiences, challenges and solutions.

There will be detailed case-study presentations. Where new Net Promoter inductees Aegon and Alaska Communications will talk about challenges and their journey so far.
