CustomerGauge is excited to announce the addition of Frederik van Os to their growing team as Vice President of CPG Customer Experience (CX) Solutions.

After an illustrious 12-year tenure at Heineken, he signals a new chapter in his distinguished career focused on elevating CX within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry.

Van Os's journey at Heineken commenced with a transformative year in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where he gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of the business, engaging directly with customers in the field.

This immersive experience, marked by a commitment to experience excellence, set the stage for his subsequent roles in Nigeria and various European and Global capacities.

His diverse experience at Heineken encompassed commercial strategy, operations, and capability-building, with a particular focus on customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and artificial intelligence.

In his final role, Van Os was honored to lead the global Customer Centricity/Customer Experience management team, a testament to his dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
