Introducing the CustomerGauge Community

We are very happy to announce the launch of the CustomerGauge Community—our very first online community, exclusive to CustomerGauge customers.

The Community will serve as the go-to destination for CustomerGauge product know-how, peer-to-peer insights, case studies and support. The CustomerGauge Community will also work together with customers on how to improve the CustomerGauge product, because, after all, it’s important to practice what you preach.

Our customers will now be able to find a buzzing community of business professionals from around the world with one common goal: to drive customer feedback in their organization and take customer retention to the next level with CustomerGauge.

CustomerGauge customers will now be able to:

  • Connect with other CustomerGauge users, partners and experts
  • Share product know-how and NPS® best practices
  • Grow their NPS programs with peer-to-peer insights and support
  • Contribute ideas for improving the CustomerGauge product
