Prepare to accelerate retention and revenue – the 2013 CustomerGauge User Event (Oct 9-10) has an agenda packed with information and insights to give attendees the tools to take their Net Promoter programs to the next level.
Our 2013 CustomerGauge User Event will include one-and-a-half days of inspiration, learning and networking opportunities for attendees.
The event on October 10 will include presentations by a cross-section of global organisations that are among the leaders in implementing successful Net Promoter programs with the CustomerGauge system, moderated breakout sessions where attendees will have the opportunity to learn and discuss with one another in a semi-structured environment, and a presentation of new and upcoming system features.
For selected invitees, we are holding a pre-event closed in the afternoon of 9 Oct. This will kick off with an in-depth session for clients on How to Maximise ROI with CustomerGauge, followed by workshops with Client Operations coordinators.
There are three key reasons why CustomerGauge 2013 is a “can’t miss” opportunity for all CustomerGauge clients.
1. Fantastic Content from Industry Leaders
Event sessions will include personal NPS experience and insights from industry leaders including Bavaria Film, Nilfisk-Advance, and AIESEC International on how to maximise customer retention and enforce best practices. Spanning B2B and B2C, these organisations are collaborating with CustomerGauge to use the system in new and effective ways, and the insights shared are of great value to any other organisations that use Net Promoter.
2. New Platform Features - and a sneak peek at what's coming up
CustomerGauge will introduce a number of exciting new platform features, including:
- Email-engine, our revenue-generating marketing campaign tool, using CustomerGauge’s powerful analytics as a segmentation driver.
- Registration builder, capturing customer data in new and creative ways and develop a more complete understanding of customer needs.
- Sophisticated reporting features that automatically a) segment customers and b) provide information on the trajectory of customer advocacy, ie whether they move from being a Passive to a Promoter, and vice versa.
3. Networking Opportunities
Engage with global customer experience professionals, discuss and take home ideas on best practices that have been tried and tested by customer experience leaders across B2B, B2C, and a range of industries.
