We celebrated CustomerGauge's Fourth Annual Account Experience (AX) Awards! And it was one of our most exciting years yet.
The buzz built in anticipation over which customers were going to take home the gold 🏆
From nominees including Coca-Cola HBC and Mycronic to Dun & Bradstreet, the race to be named an AX Award winner had never been more fierce.
As always, CustomerGauge Co-Founder and CEO, Adam Dorrell and Co-Founder and COO, Camilla Scholten took to the "stage" and hosted another fabulous Awards night.
So, what are you waiting for?!
Find out which world-class customer experience (CX) programs were crowned this year's AX Award winners.
Account Experience Award Criteria
Each year we give out Awards based on our Account Experience framework below: Revenue Coverage Rate, Account Response Rate, and Closing the Loop Speed.
For this year's ceremony, we added an all-new fourth category (it's only right for the Fourth Annual Awards!) called Promoter Activation, and to win you must have followed up with the most promoters.
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vs. All Industries
We've previously created designated award categories depending on the types of businesses nominated.
For example, last year we created two award buckets, Single Region and Global, based on our customer's CX program reach.
This year, there was a clear distinction between our nominees — that's why we created two different award categories: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vs. All Industries.
We believe our CPG customers operate at an impressive level when it comes customer experience programs for a few reasons:
For every AX Award given (Revenue Coverage Rate, Account Response Rate, Closing the Loop Speed, and Promoter Activation) there was one winner for CPG and one winner for All Industries.
