Display Conditions Based on Parameters

Direct Link and Pop-up Surveys are now smarter, showing questions only when specific conditions are met, helping you focus on relevant data.

Rating Question Flexibility

Rating questions can now have any range between 0 and 10, offering more customization. Enhanced reporting ensures Y-axes adjust according to the question range.

Question Settings Widget

Embedded Surveys in Mobile Apps

Pop-up Surveys now support a Close Event feature to close web views after a survey is completed.

Survey Widget Count Visibility

You can now track how many widget types are used in your survey, making it easier to manage widget limits.

Question Conditions in Workflow Rules

Collecting feedback on Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSAT) and would like to alert frontline teams on customer responses based on score or an answer selected?

We have expanded our offering to alert users based on the selection of the specific CSAT Score or answer selection!

  • Setup alerts to users, or open a case, based on a particular survey choice questions as conditions for New Response Workflow Rules
  • Question types supported as conditions: NPS, CES, CSAT, Rating, Radio, Checkbox, and Select Box
  • An individual must be a user to receive alerts

*This feature is only compatible with Survey Suite Surveys

Easy Dashboard Updates

Users can now easily replace their personal dashboards with a new version from a standard user role. This simplifies dashboard rollouts across organizations without manual copying or rebuilding.

Additional Updates:

New System Language – Thai: ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ CustomerGauge! Thai has been added as a system language option, available through user profiles or admin settings.

Menu & Navigation Improvements: Release notes are now easily accessible through the ‘My Profile’ menu, providing quick updates on new features and fixes.

Retired Features Within CustomerGauge Platform

CustomerGauge has announced the upcoming retirement of several features as part of its ongoing platform improvements—but don't worry!

These have been replaced with new and powerful alternatives to power your program

Features like Anonymous Surveys and Monetize 4.0 will retire by the end of 2024, with replacements such as Direct Link Surveys and Monetize 5.0 already available (linked above!)

Deprecated features will see limited support, while fully retired ones will no longer function.

Users are encouraged to transition to the newer features for improved functionality.
