The Bazaarvoice integration gives enthusiastic customers the opportunity to share their experiences with fellow shoppers, and businesses the ability to use authentic voice of customers as a part of their marketing mix.

How Does the Integration Work?
Easy to setup and adjust from inside your CustomerGauge application (from our Survey Builder feature), the Bazaarvoice integration is now available to all CustomerGauge clients.
After completing a CustomerGauge Net Promoter survey, the customer is invited to leave a product review on the Bazaarvoice system at the bottom of the final/thank you page of the survey. CustomerGauge pulls the product name, review URL, and image so that below the thank you message, product pictures and links appear, plus a call to action to leave a review.
