In early October, we hosted our fifth CustomerGauge User Summit, and we would just like to thank everybody who participated for sharing their insights, but for those who could not make it we have provided a recap.
With participants from EMEA, Australia, Canada and the US, the summit focused on the future of Customer Experience and Customer Success. Participants spoke about their journeys with NPS®, new challenges encountered and intelligent and creative ways to improve their Customer Experience and raise customer loyalty.
