This October 7th and 8th will see the 5th anniversary of the CustomerGauge Summit, and we couldn’t be more excited. Customer experience and NPS® has changed a lot in the last year, and the focus for many has changed.
This year’s theme ‘Driving Revenue through Net Promoter’, will dive into understanding just how effective NPS can be at creating growth through retention.
The event will kick off with workshops for clients on the first day. The main event, on the second day, will include:
- Presentations by a range of leaders involved with CustomerGauge’s NPS platform
- Moderated best practice sessions with fellow customer experience professionals from around the globe
- Presentations about CustomerGauge’s latest innovations
- And the ability to add your own input to the CustomerGauge product roadmap
Who: The 2015 Net Promoter® Summit welcomes a representative from each of our valued clients. We encourage invitees to bring a plus one to raise awareness within their company.

Cost: The event is free for invited representatives from each CustomerGauge client organization.
