The new office will be headed by Tony Consoli. Previously Director of Sales at FVF Partners, Tony has extensive experience working with numerous technology companies including Avid Technologies, Sybase, Lumigent, and Sophos to build and improve their inside sales function.

Commenting on the opening of the new office, Consoli says: "I am extremely bullish about the prospects for growth for CustomerGauge in the North American market, and very excited to be a part of a great team during this period of expansion. I believe the CustomerGauge platform has enormous potential to help organizations dramatically accelerate customer retention and drive sustainable, customer-centric growth."

"We have been steadily acquiring new business in the US and Canada for the past two years, and the opening of the Boston office and appointment of Tony gives a local presence and brings a level of experience that puts CustomerGauge in an excellent position to accelerate to the next level of growth in these key markets," said Adam Dorrell, CEO, CustomerGauge.

The announcement follows the Boston-based appointment of Lou Shipley as Chairman last year. CustomerGauge registered record revenue growth for Q1 of 2014, and has a growing number of clients in North America, including H&R Block, Black Duck software, SingleHopVerafin, LegalShield, and Basic American Foods, which will be supported by the new office.
