During his 33 year career he also held a number of GM roles in Marketing, Product Management and in Claims. He helped expand Progressive's franchise to other countries.

Having been with Progressive since 1977, at the time writing just $70mm in annual sales and with 460 employees, he helped Progressive grow 200 fold in business and 50 fold in headcount.
